Who we are

What we collect

The calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter (website visitors, conversion rate, booking value and so on) are not sent to us.

When you unlock your results, we collect:

• Your first name and email address
• Your hotel name, if you choose to provide it
• Your calculated monthly and annual revenue figures from the diagnostic

Why we collect it

To follow up with you personally about your results and how to improve your direct bookings. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Services we use

• Kit (kit.com) stores the details listed above and sends our emails.
• Netlify hosts this website.
• Fathom Analytics counts visits to this site. It uses no cookies. To tell unique visits apart, it briefly processes technical details such as your IP address in scrambled form and discards them within about 48 hours, so it can't identify you.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag runs only if you click "Accept" on the cookie bar. See below.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your details may be processed there.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies unless you click "Accept." If you do, LinkedIn sets cookies that help us measure how our LinkedIn ads perform and show relevant ads to people who visited this site. LinkedIn's use of this data is covered by its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the diagnostic page. Your choice is remembered in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we're in touch about your results, and delete them if you unsubscribe and ask us to, or once they're no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@ripplingpointenterprises.com.

If you ever have a concern about how your data is handled, please contact us first and we'll put it right. UK residents also have the right to contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
